AN OUT of control teenager has spat on a policewoman after being arrested over a violent robbery in Sydney's east earlier in the week.
After the 16 year old boy was arrested in Maroubra yesterday he spat at the acting sergeant and kicked and damaged the inside of the paddy wagon.
He was charged over the attack on Monday where he kicked, punched and dragged another teenager before stealing his wallet and mobile phone.
The teenager was charged with aggravated robbery, breach of bail, assault police in execution of duty and destroy or damage property.
The boy was refused bail and will appear in Bidura Children’s Court today.
