A MAN charged with kidnapping and torturing two men in Cairns has been denied bail.
Skeros Diacogiorgis, 46, faced the Cairns Magistrates Court on Friday on 13 charges including two counts each of torture, kidnap and assault.
Police allege Diacogiorgis kidnapped, tortured and assaulted two men in separate incidents in February this year and September last year.
His case is due to return to the court on March 27.
